Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans that support business objectives. Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and event coordination to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives and industry influencers. Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines. Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are informed about company initiatives and updates.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing communications or a related field, with a strong emphasis on public relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
