STEM Learning is looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing & Communications Officer to help raise awareness of our programmes and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategic thinking and has a genuine interest in STEM education.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, delivering integrated and compelling campaigns and communications that engage a wide range of audiences -- from educators and partners to stakeholders and the wider public. You'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our impact - bringing our programmes, resources, and support to life to help us achieve our vision of improving lives through STEM education.
The Role
============
Plan and deliver a mix of digital and offline marketing, communications, and PR activities
Develop and execute integrated campaigns that promote our brand and services
Write clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms
Use data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
Provide guidance and support to colleagues and partners on marketing best practices
Monitor performance, budgets, and ROI, and contribute to continuous improvement
Represent the team at events and meetings, and support internal training
Experience in marketing and communications, ideally with a creative and analytical approach
Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
Interest in STEM and a desire to make a positive impact through education
Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
