YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strong understanding of marketing and communication priniciples, with proven expertise in public relations, project management, media and event planning. The successful candidate will be a brand guardian, ensuring consistent excellence across all activities to enhance Maison awarness, recruir new potentials, cultivate sales opportunities and drive retail trafic. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with press, PR agencies, and HQ PR departments. You'll be responsible for developing and distributing impactful press releases for key local events, meticulously monitoring coverage and providing insightful monthly reports. Collaboration is key here, you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to manage the yearly media plan,as well as with the sales team to identify and develop clienteling opportunities, creating and executing engaging events that resonate with our target audience. Furthermore, you'll work alongside the commercial team to refine email marketing strategies, maximizing ROI and engagement. Your expertise will also be vital in creating and implementing effective trade marketing plans with POS, overseeing our brand presence across both online and offline channels, all while managing the budget with precision.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require

  • 3-4 years experience in Marketing and PR, ideally within a luxury brand
  • A results-oriented and self-motivated work ethic

  • A collaborative and proactive approach
