The Vacancy
We need someone who can make our digital world work harder for us.


This isn't a social media role and it's not about keeping things ticking over. We're looking for someone to lead on our website, intranet, and online tools, and shape how we connect with colleagues and customers online.


You'll turn tricky information into content people actually want to read, find smarter ways of doing things, and make sure what we put out there is clear, engaging and true to who we are.


You'll be:

Owning and improving our website and intranet Turning complex info into content that makes sense to people Making sure everything we share is accessible, compliant and easy to find Using insight and data to keep things improving Helping teams like Garden City Homes and our Neighbourhood Officers get the spotlight they deserve Keeping us up to speed with new tools and digital trends

We want someone confident with digital platforms, curious about what's next, and good at working with people across the organisation.


In return, you'll be joining a genuinely close-knit team that works hard, backs each other up, and always puts customers first. How we work together matters just as much as the work itself, so you'll need to be happy getting stuck in and helping out when needed.
