We're growing fast and now we're looking for a Marketing & Community Manager to help us reach more founders and bring this mission to life.
The Role
As our Marketing & Community Manager, you'll lead on content, community growth, founder engagement, and brand marketing across all channels. You'll work closely with our founder to turn ideas into campaigns, drive leads, and build a movement around founder-first finance.
You'll wear many hats: part content strategist, part community builder, part campaign lead - and 100% focused on helping us scale smart and fast.
What you'll do
You'll be the first dedicated marketing and community hire - shaping how we show up, connect with founders, and grow our brand. This is a chance to build something from scratch, not just run what's already there.
Here's what you'll lead:
Content & Social - Plan, create and repurpose founder-first content across LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and more.
Community Building - Set up and grow an engaged founder community with useful conversations, events, and spotlights.
Website & Brand - Help shape our messaging and keep the website sharp, clear, and converting.
Campaigns & Launches - Lead creative campaigns around new offers, events, and product launches.
Partnerships & PR - Spot great partner opportunities, support award entries, and find ways to get CO4CH featured in the right places.
What we're looking for
You're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments. You're excited by the opportunity to help build something - not just manage it.
You'll likely tick most of these boxes:
2+ years of marketing, content, or community experience - ideally in startups or small teams
Strong copywriting and content repurposing skills
Comfortable using or managing tools like Notion, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
Confident organising events and managing external freelancers/partners
You understand what matters to founders - and how to market to them
