Job Summary
We're seeking a creative, highly organised Marketing, Content & Design Manager to own and evolve our marketing function. You'll drive B2B and B2C marketing strategy across our UK operations and international partner network, creating compelling visual content, managing digital campaigns, and building brand awareness. This autonomous role offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy while delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Design
Create visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Design and execute CRM email campaigns using HubSpot, maintaining brand consistency
Manage website content, blog posts, and SEO-optimised materials
Develop PR and thought leadership content to build brand authority
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Develop and manage content calendars (weekly, monthly, annual)
Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools; monitor engagement and report insights
Manage SEO strategy and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social advertising)
Track and report on marketing KPIs, Google Analytics, and ROI metrics
Partner & B2B Marketing
Manage B2B partner marketing relationships and support their campaigns
Research and engage potential technology reseller partners in the EU and USA
Develop strategies for approaching, engaging, and onboarding international partners
Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage marketing budgets with trackable ROI metrics
Research market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing objectives
Skills & Experience
Essential
1-2+ years' experience in a marketing, design, or communications role (4 +years if A level only)
Degree, HND or apprenticeship in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field, (or A level with 4+ year's experience)
Basic proficiency in design tools: eg: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, and scheduling tools
Demonstrable interest in Agentic AI and marketing automation (Airtable, N8N)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English with ability to generate engaging and creative content
Keen eye for detail and design with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with principles of SEO optimisation
Experience running, optimising and reporting PPC campaigns , and Google Analytics
Desirable
Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing/CRM platforms
Familiarity with high-value or luxury product marketing
Additional languages (for international market expansion)
Experience of B2B and B2C Marketing
