The Marketing and Communications Executive will play a central role in telling our story by creating content, managing our channels and developing assets that bring our brand to life for clients, colleagues and the wider market.
This role is ideal for a proactive communicator with creative flair, an eye for detail and a passion for brand. It's a fantastic opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of one of the UK's most exciting specialist law firms.
This role is available in our London Office also.
Key Responsibilities -
Content Creation
Creating engaging visual content for social media and digital campaigns, including short-form video, photography, and motion graphics
Capturing and editing content from events, team activities, and day-to-day life at the firm
Working with fee earners and the wider team to plan and produce content (including written, technical content) aligned with strategic objectives
Ensuring all content is high quality, brand-aligned, and tailored for each platform and audience
Asset Development
Managing the creation and upkeep of brand assets including brochures, templates, presentations and pitch decks
Using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals
Supporting the development and editing of video and photography assets for use across campaigns
Ensuring brand consistency across all external and internal materials
Social and Digital Channel Management
Day-to-day management of the firm's social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
Planning, scheduling and publishing content to drive reach and engagement
Monitoring performance and using insights to refine content strategy
Supporting the management and updates of the firm's website content
Other Responsibilities
Supporting the wider Marketing and BD team on campaigns, events, and communications
Maintaining internal resources and brand guidelines
Collaborating with external partners including designers, photographers, and videographers
Staying up to date with legal industry trends and marketing best practice
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing effective content creation.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient workflow.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding content performance.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Hours & Holiday
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office (Manchester Office - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; London Office - Flexible) and 2 days working from home.
25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays.
