Growth and Delivery Lead - KECatalyst

Chertsey, Surrey | Monday to Thursday, 9 to 5 | 2,300 to 2,800 per month depending on experience

This is a rare opportunity to be the

first full time hire

in the room with me, the founder, as we scale. You will be working

right beside me, in my office

, and turning high level strategy into brilliant execution.

You do not need to be told what to do. You already know what needs doing. This is not an assistant role. It is a

growth and delivery role

for someone sharp, hands on, and ready to own results.

This is an immediate start.

What You Will Be Doing

Overseeing delivery across all client accounts
Managing creative testing, messaging, and funnel builds
Working closely with me on ad campaigns, landing pages, and positioning
Troubleshooting, problem solving, and keeping service quality high
Making sure our systems and delivery stay excellent while I grow the business
Being the person clients trust and feel looked after by

This Is for You If:

You have led delivery or account management in a fast moving agency or consultancy
You are confident running funnels, managing ads, testing messaging, and keeping projects on track
You want a role where you are in the room and part of the real building process
You are based in Surrey and available to work in the office four days a week, Monday to Thursday, 9 to 5
You do not need micromanagement and you thrive with autonomy and ownership

Tools and Skills You Will Use

ScoreApp, Typeform, Trello, Notion, Slack, Google Drive
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (you will oversee, not always execute)
A strong grasp of messaging, positioning, and how to test creative
Clarity, confidence, and initiative in how you work

What You Will Get
