Olsen Business Travel providing a full corporate travel service and Fred. Holidays specialising in tailormade holidays in Rail and cruises, as well as Go Cruise and Travel Franchises.

We are searching for a passionate Marketing and Design Executive to join our growing Marketing team based in our Ipswich Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your ideas to life, creating eye-catching visual content, supporting inspiring campaigns, and playing a key role in building our brand's presence across digital and print channels.


As part of our dynamic team, you'll combine creativity with strategy - blending design expertise and marketing insight to deliver campaigns that captivate audiences, strengthen brand awareness, and drive engagement.

In this role, you will:

Produce in-house graphic design for both online and offline channels. Develop fresh, creative concepts that align with our brand vision. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve campaign performance.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have previously worked in a Marketing or Graphic Design role who are familiar with Adobe Creative suite, including InDesign and Photoshop. If you're bursting with ideas, have an eye for design, and love seeing creative work make a real business impact, we'd love to hear from you!


This is a Full-Time permanent position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm) A hybrid work pattern is also available.
