Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and visually appealing content tailored for Instagram and Facebook to attract and retain followers.
Photography and Videography:
Capture high-quality photos and videos in a hospital and clinical environment, ensuring a professional and sensitive approach.
Editing Skills:
Edit photos and videos to produce polished and impactful visuals.
Website Management:
Update, manage, and optimise our company website for seamless user experiences and enhanced search engine rankings.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute posts across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and search engine marketing.
Online Reputation Management:
Proactively manage online reviews, responding to feedback in a professional and timely manner.
In addition, performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office such as:
Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member
Sending letters to patients, GPs, and clinicians
Scheduling appointments for patients
Updating patient records, scanning letters and documents
Using a practice management system to manage patient records
Qualifications and Experience:
GCSE or equivalent (required)
A Level or equivalent (required)
Currently enrolled in a university degree/course
At least 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, administration, or similar
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in photography, photo editing, and videography is an added advantage
