Key tasks

Marketing Co-ordination



Support the delivery of high-quality marketing support, including:

Update and maintain business line, product and marketing collateral Manage marketing intranet and SharePoint assets library Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate and secure necessary approvals


Event Co-ordination



Help co-ordinate events and presence at major industry events, including:

Support end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, supplier management, and onsite support Handle schedules, guest list management and RSVP tracking Ensure smooth execution of corporate events, from planning to post-event evaluation


Database Co-ordination

Help organise and manage logistics, including:

Maintain and update stakeholder contact databases Manage distribution lists and support email marketing campaigns Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and related performance metrics

Marketing Operations Co-ordination



Support the delivery of marketing activities and efficiencies, including:

Support cross-team marketing workflows and project timeline management Assist with marketing budget tracking and purchase order processing Coordinate calendars and deadline-driven deliverables across departments

Key Technical Skills/Knowledge/Professional Qualifications Required:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or a similar coordination role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Project management experience, including budgeting, is advantageous

Event coordination experience is advantageous

Previous experience with CRM systems is advantageous



Key Personal Skills Required:

Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-service and stakeholder management orientation

Strong collaborative approach with ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments

Enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
