Summary

We are seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in the planning and delivery of a wide variety of events ensuring the hotels exceptionally high standard of customer service is consistently achieved. As a creative individual, you will maximise the company's online presence to drive sales through social media and marketing strategies.

Event activities

The role involves managing the full event process, from conducting professional show rounds and handling client enquiries through to securing bookings and overseeing contracts. You will ensure all event details are accurately captured, communicated, and executed in line with hotel policy, while working closely with other departments to deliver high-quality weddings, banquets, and conferences. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel packages and equipment, supporting the operational delivery of events, processing final bills, and achieving departmental sales targets. A key focus is on providing exceptional service, resolving client queries promptly, and building strong relationships to ensure smooth and successful events.

Marketing activities

This role requires driving the hotel's marketing and social media presence through the creation of engaging content, innovative campaigns, and regular updates across digital platforms. You will support the development and promotion of event packages and manage advertising strategies. Duties include creating graphic, newsletters, and engaging content, monitoring and responding to online reviews, and supporting PR activities to strengthen guest engagement. A proactive and creative approach is essential to maximise revenue opportunities and maintain the hotel's strong market presence.
