Employing around 240 staff, we have three locations: Kidlington in Oxford, Barking in London, and Ilfracombe in Devon.

The Role

The Marketing & Events Coordinator is a newly created role, instrumental in building our customer and partner communities to reinforce our brand values, generate leads and meet business goals.

The role requires someone who can confidently work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver in-person events. These range from small, personalised, promotional and education events, to larger exhibitions (both own and third party). You must be available January to end of February for our annual exhibition.

With the Savona brand integral to cementing our point of difference in a busy marketplace, this role will be based in our Oxford location, while working closely with the Head of Marketing (based in Ilfracombe) to be the brand ambassador for our Oxford and London locations and supporting the broader marketing efforts.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will be passionate, creative, and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management skills and a drive to make a meaningful impact. This is a fast-paced environment, so must be adept at working flexibly and adapting as needed.

While this role will be primarily located at our HQ in Kidlington, Oxford, regular travel to our other depots and event locations will be required.

This is a very collaborative role in a fast paced, forward-thinking business. You will...
