Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and customer-facing experience, who is looking to start or develop a career in marketing and fundraising. You'll be a key part of the marketing team, supporting marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, while assisting in the planning and delivery of fundraising initiatives.
What You'll Do
:
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and other channels.
Update website content, including copy and imagery.
Assist with the creation and distribution of email newsletters.
Support the production of design materials, including brochures, graphics, displays, and digital/press-ready artwork.
Assist with photography and short video production.
Provide admin support to the marketing function as needed.
Assist with fundraising activities, including distributing posters and collection cans locally.
Research and compile lists of potential contacts and organisations for targeted fundraising.
Monitor the fundraising email account and draft thank you letters to donors.
Maintain accurate records of donors within the fundraising database.
What You'll Bring
:
Experience in a customer-facing role (essential).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Competent IT user, including experience with Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of digital artwork/design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
Creative approach, with an eye for photography and visual content.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Willingness to travel locally to support marketing and fundraising activities.
