Al Mustaqbal is seeking an innovative and results-driven
Marketing and Growth Manager
to lead the school's marketing, communications, and growth strategies. This role is critical to expanding our reach, promoting our unique educational offering, and building a strong, recognizable brand within the community.
The Marketing and Growth Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, enhancing the school's digital presence, driving enrolment growth, and increasing engagement with current and prospective students and their families.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Al Mustaqbal's visibility and brand recognition.
Develop targeted campaigns that resonate with Muslim parents looking for Arabic language education.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
Manage the school's website, social media accounts, and online content.
Use digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to engage with current and potential students.
Optimize the school's digital presence through SEO and SEM strategies.
Growth and Enrolment
Drive new student enrolments by crafting and executing lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Develop and manage a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
Organize online and offline events to attract prospective students, including webinars, open houses, and parent information sessions.
Brand Management
Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
Establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations and media outlets.
Develop compelling promotional materials including brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Community Engagement and Partnerships
Build relationships with local mosques, Islamic schools, and community groups to enhance the school's community presence.
Identify and manage partnerships that support the growth of the school and align with its mission.
Reporting and Analysis
Provide regular reports on key marketing metrics, student acquisition, and overall growth performance.
Use data and insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
Key Requirements
Experience and Skills
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media management.
Strong communication skills--written, verbal, and visual.
Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
