We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Internal Communications Specialist to join our head office at EG Group. The Marketing and Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering engaging, high-quality communications across both internal and external channels. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, this role ensures messaging is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with corporate priorities, employee engagement objectives, and employer branding.
You will play a key role in shaping how information is communicated internally, supporting corporate initiatives, campaigns, and storytelling, while also contributing to EG Group's external presence across social and digital platforms. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is creative, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
Create engaging content across internal and external channels, including written, visual, and video formats, keeping messaging on-brand and consistent.
Plan and deliver campaigns and corporate initiatives, coordinating timelines, content, and evaluation to ensure impact.
Lead internal communications such as newsletters, HR bulletins, emails, and event updates to keep employees informed and engaged.
Support the development and delivery of the internal communications strategy and marketing plan aligned with business priorities.
Maintain and improve the SharePoint intranet, ensuring information is current, accessible, and well organised.
Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, and L&D to ensure communications are coordinated and aligned across the business.
Manage employer brand channels, external communications, charity messaging, and branded merchandise to reinforce EG Group's presence and values.

What we're looking for:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in marketing, internal communications, or content creation within a corporate or multi-site environment.
Strong experience producing and delivering engaging content across internal and external channels, including social media and digital platforms.
Experience planning and executing campaigns, corporate initiatives, or internal communications programmes.
Confident managing digital platforms such as intranets, employer brand channels, or social media.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience partnering with HR, Recruitment, L&D, or other corporate functions is highly desirable.
