Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals, including B2B marketing initiatives.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media channels.
Oversee content creation, including copywriting for websites, emails, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Maintain and update the organisation's website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimised for SEO.
Analyse campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies using analysis skills and organisational skills.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and monitor engagement metrics.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics to improve outreach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Lead the management of marketing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating leadership and time management skills.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Experience
Proven experience in management within a marketing environment, preferably with B2B exposure.
Strong knowledge of SEO optimisation techniques and tools such as Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Demonstrated ability in social media management and content creation with excellent copywriting skills.
Experience in project management with a focus on organisational skills and time management to meet deadlines effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights to improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
