? Marketing/Office Admin - Temporary Cover (8-12 Weeks)
? Pay: 15 per hour
? Location: Battersea (Hybrid - Office Tues & Wed, WFH other days)
? Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
? Start Date: Tuesday 2nd December
? About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and super-organised Marketing Admin to join our clients team for 8-12 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to keep things running smoothly during a busy period and support exciting projects across their growing lists.
? What You'll Do:
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks with precision and initiative.
- Raise purchase requisitions and manage invoicing.
- Coordinate mail-outs and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Keep everything on track with your organisational skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organised and detail-focused.
- Comfortable with admin and financial processes.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done.
- Hybrid working: Office presence required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, remote on other days.
- Office closes for the holidays from 24th December and reopens 2nd/5th January.
