Job overview
You will be support the marketing, sales and customer engagement strategy by providing dedicated administration of the business' customer loyalty programmes and executing multi-channel marketing activities in order to promote our products and services.
Your accountabilities
Providing administration support for the Partner Loyalty Programmes
Administrating partner proposals and membership levels
Setting up accounts on the Partner Portal
Processing Business Development Fund claims for Commercial Customers
Processing Business Reward Fund claims and vouchers for Residential Customers
Liaising with partners to answer queries and resolve access issues
Providing user experience support for the online Partner Portals
Raising tickets for UX improvements and testing new features
Logging software issues and prioritising for resolution
Uploading serial datasets to support portal processes
Sourcing branded merchandise and customer gifts for the partner loyalty programme, ensuring that all branded goods support our clients' brand values and deliver best value
Helping to develop content for monthly email newsletter relating to the Partner Loyalty programmes
Adhering to brand guidelines to complete projects according to agreed deadlines.
Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders including clients and suppliers
Performing general administration tasks and housekeeping across the wider Marketing and Communications team
Tracking spend on the marketing credit card
Monitoring email inboxes and forwarding emails to the relevant team members or departments to action
Key responsibilities
Supporting individual marketing projects to achieve the best ROI and customer experience
Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders and external customers and influencers
Contributing to the development and implementation of the UK's marketing calendar
Ensure that all projects uphold the brand values, core messages and strategic aims of the business.
Controlling spend according to budget set per internal order, maintaining project plans to ensure financial records are accurate, and executing financial processes associated with projects e.g. raising purchase orders, maintaining credit card records, setting up vendors
Delivering and promoting customer service excellence throughout the organisation
Ensuring all personal data processed in marketing software is maintained according to GDPR legislation
Ensuring our client's corporate philosophy and values are adhered to in all HR policies and procedures
The ideal candidate
Achieved C/4 and above in English and maths GCSEs
Educated to A-level or higher in synergistic subjects
Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ability to work well with other people, inside and outside the organisation
Ability to work independently in a busy office environment
Ability to complete specific projects within the deadline set
Punctuality & reliability
Good financial planning/budgeting skills.
Demonstrate an enthusiasm for customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A strong eye for detail
Aptitude for working with digital software to achieve goals
An interest in marketing, media and communications
Experience of organising travel & events
The Apprenticeship
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
Campaign management;
Content creation;
Social Media marketing;
Digital and traditional communications;
Brand management;
Communication skills;
Project Management;
And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost to you. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
