This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our Brand & Communications team - combining creativity, organisation and stakeholder collaboration. You'll help make sure campaigns run smoothly, stories are told consistently, and our content connects with audiences both inside and outside the business.

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing, PR, and social media campaigns across the Brand & Communications Department.
  • Work with senior communications professionals to deliver engaging content plans aligned to key events, national days, and retail moments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather updates, ensure accuracy, and manage approvals for PR and social media stories.
  • Research and spot opportunities for creative, reactive content or emerging media trends.
  • Support the Press Office by managing the PR inbox, circulating urgent media requests, and assisting with press materials and news releases.
  • Assist with content production, briefing the in-house studio team and coordinating small-scale creative projects.
  • Provide assets and copy for external agencies and maintain up-to-date journalist contact lists.
  • Coordinate award submissions, maintaining the calendar, briefing teams, and celebrating wins internally.
  • Support charity and partnership initiatives, helping to deliver campaigns that make a positive impact.
  • Track campaign performance by updating KPI dashboards and compiling reports for internal review.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a communications or marketing role, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • A passion for PR, social media, and storytelling.
  • Excellent copywriting, proof-reading, and organisational skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Proactive and creative, with the confidence to share ideas.
