Alstern Solicitors is an SRA-regulated law firm based in Canary Wharf. We are a small growing firm specialising in immigration, property conveyancing, family law, wills trusts probate.
We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest and experience in marketing, coupled with a passion for sales. The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position upon successful completion.
During this time, we will evaluate your integration into your role and our company culture. This position is a transitional phase for the company to determine whether you will be suitable for the role of Marketing Executive or Sales Executive after successfully completing the probation period. This is an entry-level role with performance reviews every 6 months. We are looking for someone who is committed to a long-term engagement with our business.
Key Requirements:
Living close to Canary Wharf is preferred, as no relocation or travel support is provided.
A commitment to continuous professional development, with a willingness to engage in self-learning and research outside of working hours to enhance expertise and job performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English over the phone, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Passionate about sales and keen on helping clients achieve outcomes they may not have thought possible.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges independently.
Experience in writing and video content creation using marketing and video editing tools.
1 year marketing experience in Legal Industry
Understanding and experience in placing Google and Facebook ads.
Creative thinking, self-motivation, and a willingness to undertake a broad range of tasks.
A confident and professional manner, approachable with the ability to interact well at all levels.
Willingness to assist the team and perform tasks that may be outside the defined role.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and solicitors.
Strong team player with effective communication skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
Ability to convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls, taking notes, and ensuring client inquiries are addressed and their needs are met.
Liaising between solicitors, caseworkers, and clients to follow up on case progress, document requests, and inquiries, while providing excellent customer service.
Managing client files, including opening and closing, in compliance with firm procedures.
Providing daily administrative support to the team.
Creating social media content (both written and video) related to firm marketing activities.
Managing and growing the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract individual customers, groups, and corporate clients.
Building relationships with local businesses, targeted community to boost leads and sales.
Ability to use empathy, patience and persuasion to convert leads and convince existing clients to become our returning clients.
