Formed in 1835 the Rechabite Friendly Society is a financial mutual providing a range of savings and investment products under our ethical brand Healthy Investment and our Shariah compliant brand Red Rose Assurance.

We're a small but growing team bring financial service products to those who might not traditionally be able to access them.

The role

As Marketing and Sales Coordinator you'll work with the sales team and compliance manager to drive marketing activities, design and develop campaigns and manage digital and traditional communications.

You will lead our work with Digital Affiliates including Top Cash Back and Quidco.

You'll talk to members and potential members about their investment and answer their questions.

As a small organisation this is a hands on role and is idea for a proactive individual looking to make a real impression.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to the development of a marketing and distribution strategy.

Design and implement marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.

Led the Society's digital marketing initiatives, including responsibility for website maintenance and development.

Write and design emails, literature, letters and other member communications.

Talk to members and prospective members about their investment.

Qualifications and skills

You will have either significant marketing experience or a high level formal qualification.

Experience of digital marketing is essential and experience of working with digital affiliate networks preferable.

Experience of working in a financial services organisation is desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software including Mailjet is an advantage.
