Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving property sales, and building lasting relationships with clients. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote properties.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Create engaging content such as property listings and videos.
Sales
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales agreements.
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and lead conversion.
Provide market insights and property investment advice to clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or real estate (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Knowledge of the London real estate market is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Right to work in the UK.
Fluent in English & Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Preference for candidates who can also speak Vietnamese.
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for marketing videos.
Self-assured and poised in client interactions and presentations.
