Managing and leading the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the Urban Playground businesses, driving customer engagement and maximising ticket sales. Overseeing both Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across all media platforms, for all Urban Playground venues.
Full ownership of strategic marketing, directing all campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.
Oversee all content creation, email marketing, advertising initiatives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and revenue generation, representing the Sales and Marketing departments in management meetings.
Standardise branding across the business.
Oversee the design and development of menu changes, such as seasonal menus.
Manage marketing budgets and spends.
Ensuring high performance and financial efficiency of the sales department.
Effectively seek out new booking leads and ensure the sales pipeline has a constant feed of new business.
Managing the team of Marketing and Sales Executives, including performance reviews and HR related matters.
Work with Heads of Departments to ensure any changes are carries out and executed correctly on site.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with third parties and external agencies as required.
Create and publish internal employee questionnaires, for research and feedback.
Use sales insights and site feedback to assist with the continued development of our high-quality group booking packages and process.
Produce and present sales reports to the wider management team.
Skills
Technical
Experience in a senior marketing role directly overseeing marketing operations and marketing executives.
Experience directly overseeing sales operations and sales executives.
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
Strong computer and technical skills, and familiarity with databases (HubSpot preferable).
Deep understanding of marketing and sales strategy development and execution.
Experience planning and running events.
