Job Summary

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across several of our growing wellness and beauty brands, working on everything from content creation to campaign strategy.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Main responsibilities:

You'll work closely with our management team and staff members to plan, create and post engaging content across multiple platforms -- helping to build brand awareness, attract new clients and showcase our services, treatments, and events.

Assist in planning and creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Capture and edit photos/videos of treatments, events, and behind-the-scenes moments. Write creative captions, blogs and marketing copy in line with brand tone. Support with email campaigns, website updates and online promotions. Help analyse social media performance and suggest improvements. Stay up to date with trends in wellness, beauty and digital marketing. Assist with design tasks such as posters, newsletters and campaign visuals. Work across multiple brands.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

Excellent interpersonal skills Some experience in videography and editing (this could be through work, freelance projects, or personal content). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver engaging videos. Full UK driving licence & access to a car (this role requires on-location filming). A strong portfolio (this can include professional or personal projects).

Entry requirements:

GCSE's: Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades C or above

To be eligible for a government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years.
