We are seeking a Marketing apprentice to enhance our marketing efforts and support our growing manufacturing business whilst being support to build and grow your knowledge. You will play a key role in analysing customer, market, and campaign performance data to guide decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and support the launch of new products.
This multifaceted role also involves developing marketing materials, managing social media and website presence, organising events, and contributing to branding and new product development. Working closely with a small and dynamic team of two, you will help ensure that our marketing activity is evidence-driven, measurable, and effective.
Annual wage
Starting salary - 16,000
After an initial 3-month period - 17,000
At the end of our standard 6-month probationary period to raise this to 18,000

Key Responsibilities
Analyse customer, market, and sales data to provide actionable insights for campaigns and product launches.
Support the development of all current and new products, from initial concept through to production and first delivery.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
Develop engaging marketing and social media content.
Support the organisation and preparation of sales and marketing materials, including sales literature, presentations, labels, and more.
Collaborate on advertising, web marketing, PR, and email campaigns, managing large-scale promotions across the marketing mix.
Assist in organising and attending events and exhibitions to connect with clients and drive sales.
Conduct research and analysis of market trends and target markets.
Provide insights on market and competitor information.
Liaise with other stakeholders within the business.
Key Attributes
Basic understanding of the full marketing mix, including product marketing, brand marketing, events, and digital marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information effectively.
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level required).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, highly self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Willingness to travel as needed, including international travel for exhibitions, as well as visits to factories and customers
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Marketing Campaigns
In this module, we deliver the components of a marketing campaign. We teach learners how to build a successful marketing campaign and conclude the week with a highly developed marketing report, that learners can transfer directly into their workplace.

MODULE 3
Data-Driven Marketing, Channels
Insights &Design
In this module we cover effective multi-channel marketing through email, social and video and paid campaigns. We teach learners how to use AI tools to become more efficient data-driven marketers and provide the essential skills needed to evaluate, analyse and optimise the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.
Over five days, we deliver:
Social media content creation
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
Website design & management
Email marketing
Leveraging marketing AI tools & platforms
Creating professional marketing reports
Training dates will be confirmed once you start the apprenticeship.
Delivery is fully remote via classroom training.
