This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice to support the promotion of a premium, members-only lifestyle brand. The role will involve assisting with social media content, event marketing, email campaigns, and brand communications, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll work closely with the team to help grow brand awareness, engage members, and support the marketing of exclusive events and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit and manage engaging social media content, including high-quality images and short-form videos, to promote events, experiences and brand activity.
Assist with updating and maintaining the website, ensuring content is accurate, visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
Help drive traffic to the website through organic social media activity, email campaigns and basic digital marketing initiatives.
Support the development and consistency of brand identity, ensuring all content reflects the company's tone, style and premium positioning.
Assist with SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and blog content to improve search visibility.
Manage and post across multiple social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok, creating content suited to each channel.
Use Canva to design marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) assets, including event signage, digital graphics and promotional content.
Create and format PDF materials, such as event guides, brochures and member communications.
Assist in the design and production of physical printed materials, including brochures and booklets.
Support the creation and distribution of a member newsletter using Mailchimp, including copywriting, layout and scheduling.
Write engaging blog content to support SEO, storytelling and event promotion.
Requirements
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Education: The successful candidate must have achieved a grade 4/C in GCSE English and Maths.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is preferred.
Strong Written Communication: Excellent written English is essential, with the ability to create clear, engaging and well-structured content for digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns, blogs and website updates.
Proactive and Eager to Learn: We're looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and keen to develop their skills. The successful candidate will be confident taking initiative, contributing ideas and supporting the delivery of creative marketing activity.
Creative Approach: A creative mindset is highly desirable, whether developed through education, personal projects or hobbies. This may include content creation, design, photography, video, writing or managing personal social media channels.
Positive attitude: You will be working with members at the events. It is important you are likeable, professional and have a positive attitude.
