Suits Me is an award-winning fintech business providing ethical, modern, and accessible banking solutions for people who are underserved by traditional banks. We help customers open an account quickly and easily, with no credit checks, and give them the financial tools they need to succeed.
Our Marketing team plays a key role in spreading the word about who we are, what we do, and how we make a difference. We're looking for a creative and motivated apprentice to join us and help us tell that story across social media and beyond.
Role Overview
As our Marketing Apprentice, you'll support the team in creating and sharing engaging digital content that grows our online presence and connects with new audiences.
You'll be involved in planning and creating posts for our social media channels, designing visuals, editing short videos, and helping with wider campaigns. It's a great opportunity for someone who loves social media, has a creative eye, and wants to kick-start their career in marketing within a growing fintech business.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
Support with video content - filming, editing, and producing short clips for use on social and digital channels.
Work with the wider Marketing team to brainstorm new campaign ideas and creative concepts.
Design simple graphics, visuals, and infographics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
Help track social performance, engagement, and reach to understand what works.
Assist with blog or website content updates when required.
Stay up to date with social trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for social media, digital trends, and creative storytelling.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Confident using social media platforms for both personal and professional use.
An eye for design and an interest in photography or video creation.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
Enjoy being in front of or behind the camera creating short-form content.
Bring ideas from your favourite brands or creators and can explain what makes them work.
Training and Support
You'll be completing the Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship with Apprentify, combining hands-on experience at Suits Me with structured training and coaching.
You'll receive:
Regular sessions with Apprentify's specialist tutors.
One-to-one coaching and support throughout your apprenticeship.
A recognised qualification and valuable experience in digital marketing.
