Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team. You'll work in our parent company, leading and supporting our two brands - an established market leading independent estate agency in Swindon and our high end agency in Brighton and Hove. Both brands have different target audiences and brand personalities, so you'll have plenty of variety and creative challenge. Our parent company also works for external clients, so there is never a dull moment and we work in a friendly, collaborative, supportive environment where the work is fast paced and you'll never be bored!

Our company is friendly and sociable and we enjoy plenty of social occasions together, as well as celebrating success with our internal Awards ceremonies, which you will help plan and attend.

You'll gain experience in both print and digital marketing and key responsibilities will include:

Create and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram in accordance with our social media strategy.

Update, maintain and improve company websites.

Plan and launch digital media campaigns promoting our services.

Produce creative content, including photos, videos, newsletters.

Organise staff photo shoots.

Create personalised printed marketing materials for each of our agents

Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign ideas.

Analyse campaign performance and contribute to our monthly marketing performance report, sharing results with the team.

Update, maintain and improve our digital marketing tool used by all agents with clients

Update and maintain our presence on property portals and estate agent digital tools

Stock Photography - Finding and saving the high-res images of lovely properties (once sold and completed), that we can use for marketing materials.

Sponsorships and events - Sending assets and liaising with organisers.

Schedule and plan newsletters, monthly emails and dedicated signage for our property development partners.

Eligibility Requirements (please read before applying): To be considered for this apprenticeship, you MUST meet the following criteria:

Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above (or equivalent).

Not have extensive experience working in a marketing-related role.

Not already hold a marketing qualification at Level 3 or higher.
