Catalyst Property Finance is a UK non regulated bridging lender based on the South coast, As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting the marketing and brand of Catalyst.

Primary responsibilities

Support the marketing team in delivering brand/market strategy Researching, database management, artworking, and copywriting Assisting in the creation, launch and success measurement of marketing campaigns and collateral Multimedia marketing to include: email, digital, database, printed and promotional items

Personal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the marketing department Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing content, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, case studies, and presentations. Help build on Catalyst's strong brand voice and visual identity to attract target audiences Update product marketing, including product guides, flyers, and website updates Support the production of promotional materials, such as brochures, stationery, and branded merchandise Sourcing corporate gifts from local independent businesses. Build and refine the company's target contact databases Conduct market research, analysing market trends and competitor propositions, and identifying target audiences Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the Marketing Director Writing and delivering content and social media plans PR monitoring (desk-based research) Ensure the marketing team spending is cost-effective, negotiating on pricing where applicable Supporting the company's events, such as trade shows, conferences, corporate hospitality, and team events/parties Put forward ideas and suggestions to improve the customer journey to retain customers and build brand awareness.

Experience and skills required:

CIM, Marketing Degree or equivalent Marketing qualification is desirable 1 year's marketing experience. Experience in finance and/or property sectors is desirable but not essential Creative, ability to design graphics and typeset forms Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting/content production Strong organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop Experience with content management systems (CMS) is desirable but not essential Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing principles.

Salary -

24,000 - 28,000 Full time equivalent (Depending on experience)
