What you'll do as a Marketing Assistant:
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and social media platforms.
Build and manage targeted email nurture sequences and outbound campaigns to drive qualified leads.
Qualify and score leads based on behaviour, engagement, and demographic data, and coordinate with sales for timely follow-up.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Assist in planning and organising company events - in-house and external.
Collaborate with content, design, and business units to develop compelling assets (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, topic guides) for lead capture.
Segment and manage CRM databases to personalise campaigns and improve outreach effectiveness.
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with updates to the company's website. o Create and schedule social media activity.
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies.
To be considered for the Marketing Assistant role:
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations & Communications or a related field.
Previous experience in marketing or lead generation campaigns is beneficial but not essential.
Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, email).
Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Analytics (a bonus, not essential).
Comfortable using data to guide decisions and strategies. o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An interest in A/B testing, landing pages, and marketing funnels
