Reporting to the Marketing & Media Manager, you'll work closely with our in-house design team, including two Games Graphic Artists and a Product Marketing Graphic Designer, to deliver exciting campaigns and engaging content across multiple channels. About Us
NOVOMATIC Gaming UK supplies high-quality gaming machines, content, signage and technology to licensed adult gaming centres (AGCs), casinos and bingo venues across the UK. With a strong reputation and an expanding product portfolio, we're now looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing function.
The Role
As Marketing Assistant, you'll support a broad range of marketing activities, from social media scheduling, PR coordination and website updates to event support and occasional community partnership projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring our brand is represented consistently and professionally, while contributing to the planning and delivery of marketing strategies that strengthen our visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Marketing & Media Manager and wider creative team.
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines and release schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage marketing materials and promotions.
Write and edit content, including press releases, social media posts and monthly customer communications.
Support internal communications and intranet updates.
Assist with website content updates.
Plan and schedule social media content for LinkedIn and Facebook.
Monitor social media engagement and contribute ideas for growth.
Assist with exhibition planning, trade shows and community partnership initiatives.
Support marketing strategy development, reporting and campaign reviews.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative and willing to take initiative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
Experience with design, CMS or email marketing tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics or digital marketing principles.
Experience in internal communications or intranet management.
Confident using LinkedIn, Facebook and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Brandwatch/Falcon).
Previous experience in a marketing, communications, content or events environment.
