Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Perfecto Coffee. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and campaigns, contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategies. This role includes product promotion of the business's supplies and machines across various sellers including Amazon, Ebay, and local sales.

Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and B2B initiatives. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop. Maintain organised records of marketing activities, budgets, and project timelines using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Engage in social media management by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Strong management abilities with a focus on leadership within a team environment. Experience in project management to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content. Understanding of Google Ads for managing paid advertising campaigns. Excellent analysis skills to interpret data from Google Analytics effectively. Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging content across various platforms. Experience in social media management to promote brand awareness and engagement. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Familiarity with email marketing tools to create effective campaigns targeting B2B audiences. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly. Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
