, we're on a mission to make estate administration smarter and simpler. We're on the hunt for Marketing Assistant who's curious, creative, and eager to learn. You'll assist with

Creating eye-catching marketing materials: social posts, email newsletters, brochures, and more. Uploading and scheduling content across CRM (HubSpot) and social channels. Maintaining brand consistency across websites and partner activities. Supporting multi-channel campaigns and helping plan industry events. Tracking analytics, cleansing CRM records, and assisting with reporting. Coordinating merchandise sourcing and webinar uploads.

What we're looking for

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office is a must). Some marketing experience (internship, relevant qualifications or entry-level role). Bonus points for knowledge of HubSpot, Canva, and social media. Organised, detail-focused, and ready to multitask. A creative thinker with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
