Responsibilities

Work with the marketing team to create social media and email strategies, and seeing this through to delivery including scheduling posts. Managing social media inboxes daily, responding to messages and engaging with comments and reviews across different platforms. Assist with email campaigns/surveys including identification of customer segments, preparations of mailing lists, creation of campaign emails and development of campaign collateral in email system Update multiple websites through various different platforms and offer cover to ecommerce, this may involve customer service, listing and picking & packing. Designing marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Editing and producing digital content. Coordinate design and production of marketing assets and merchandise, sourcing quotes, tracking progress, and managing collateral sign-off and stock. Organizing and coordinating meetings for events. Working with the Marketing Manager to create new content for news articles, press releases, social media content, website content and case studies. Proof read copy for marketing collateral including printed materials, website, social media and emails Maintain schedules to include advertising, Social Media, and events. Compile monthly performance updates and reports. Assist with the development of the company brochure. Maintaining marketing documents such as the marketing budget and marketing calendar.

What experience is required for this position?

Essential Skills:

Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Canva. Graphic Design. Knowledge of Social Media management. Knowledge of managing bulk emails. Detail orientated. Excellent communication skills with people at all levels. Able to multi-task across different business processes and balance conflicting demands. Role can change in momentum quickly and requires a well organized, self-motivated multitasker. Experience working on and planning events and PR.
Desirable

BtoB marketing experience. Familiar with Google advertising. Familiar with SEO. Knowledge/Interest in the building, construction, gardening or mechanical industries would be beneficial. Comfortable using AI. Photography and videography experience

Salary

Circa 27,000 pa subject to experience.

(OTE + benefits)

Christmas Bonus. Pension scheme. Free parking at head office. 23 days holiday in the first 6 months rising to 25 days holiday plus bank holiday.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualification in marketing and or design would be desirable.

Basic knowledge of Social Media, Google, SEO, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, graphic design and video editing
