Looking to kick-start your career in marketing? Great! We're looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Chorley-based team.

As the newest member of our close-knit agency, you'll be working alongside our Marketing Executive and in-house Graphic Design team, whilst also reporting directly to our directors. This means real hands-on learning, real responsibility and real impact - not just "watch and learn".

This broad role will expose you to a wide range of industries, platforms and marketing activities. No two days are the same - and we like it that way!

What you'll be doing...

You'll be supporting the wider team with a variety of marketing tasks including:

Assisting with content creation and editing for Instagram, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Supporting with campaign planning and execution across all marketing channels Helping to manage client accounts and day-to-day activity Scheduling and posting social media and web content Supporting with copywriting for multiple platforms, both socials and web Assisting with the organisation of events - from exhibition stand concepts through to organising merchandise... we do it all! Supporting reporting and performance tracking through monthly marketing reports Attending monthly meetings with our clients to ensure we stay aligned and proactive

What we're looking for...

Experience is a bonus - attitude is essential.

You don't need to tick every box, but experience in some of the following would be a great advantage:

Previous experience in a marketing role, placement, internship, degree or agency environment A strong interest in social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Meta Solid understanding of Meta Business Suite: scheduling, analytics and paid advertising Confidence in writing clear, engaging copy with good attention to spelling and grammar Familiarity with social-first tools such as Canva, CapCut, scheduling and analytics tools (helpful, but not essential!) Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks A proactive mindset - someone who spots opportunities and isn't afraid to suggest ideas Experience with WordPress and GA4 An understanding of basic SEO principles A willingness to learn and get stuck in!
