Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and seeking flexible working hours.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing and expanding the online presence of TJ Hamilton and Mid Ulster Cars, across multiple platforms, and gaining experience with working directly with Volkswagen and Toyota Marketing Teams

Duties

Support marketing projects, campaigns and promotions Help manage, update and maintain two company websites alongside all digital platforms Monitor and report on marketing performance (social media, campaigns, website analytics) Adhering to all manufacturers Marketing standards and guidelines Provide general support to the wider team

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) Creative flair and eye for detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively IT skills with experience in adobe suit (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere) Proven hands on experience in digital marketing or be qualified in Digital Advertising/Marketing
