Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to help maintain and grow some of our highest-performing product ranges. You'll be part of a small, friendly team where everyone gets stuck in, and you'll play an important role in keeping key categories performing well while the wider marketing team develops new markets.

If you enjoy working with data, keeping things organised, and making sure product pages are accurate, well-optimised, and competitive, you'll fit in perfectly here.

Responsibilities

Monitoring key product categories and helping keep sales performance strong Building and updating product pages, including writing short descriptions and checking spec accuracy Using keyword-guided SEO to optimise pages and upload blogs (no expert-level SEO needed) Tracking competitor pricing and maintaining internal price sheets Liaising with wholesalers and keeping an eye on price changes, stock updates, and product variations Assisting with social media posting and keeping profiles active General website maintenance, including editing collections and updating information Light data tasks and admin to support the marketing team Answering incoming calls when other departments are busy Helping keep shared spreadsheets tidy and accurate

Requirements

Hours are Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5:00PM) Strong attention to detail Confident with Excel, Google Sheets, and general MS Office tools A quick learner who's happy handling a variety of tasks Good communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable on the phone when needed Organised and able to manage several small tasks at once Understanding of basic SEO principles is helpful Experience with Shopify/WordPress as well as marketing tools like Canva is a bonus but not essential Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working fully on site 1-2 years experience (desired)
