About the Role



We are looking for a creative, curious, and digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer ready to build first-hand experience across digital channels, content creation, and campaign delivery.

You will support three vibrant brands, The Cress Company, Adamsons Drinks, and Route2, working closely with the Marketing Manager to bring ideas to life, shape engaging content and help drive brand visibility across social media, websites, and seasonal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media & Digital Content



Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with brand strategy. Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Write clear, brand-aligned copy and design visuals using tools like Canva and CapCut. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics. Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy.

Campaigns & Creative Support



Assist in planning and producing digital and print materials (catalogues, flyers, newsletters, etc.). Contribute to photo and video shoots for product and brand storytelling. Help prepare for trade shows and events, including logistics, and materials.

Project & Process Support



Contribute to marketing process improvements (e.g., content workflows, asset requests) Support with internal initiatives such as newsletters, company events & training materials. Assist in briefing external designers, photographers or videographers when needed.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Support



Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager. Collaborate with Customer Services during peak periods to ensure smooth communication. Liaise with Sales, Buying and Customer Services teams to align marketing with commercial priorities. Assist in gathering feedback from internal teams and customers to improve marketing materials. Help coordinate supplier marketing initiatives (e.g., web banners, newsletter, advertising).

What We are Looking For



A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong writing skills and a good visual eye for design. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Business Suite). Organised, proactive and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience with website CMS or product listings is a plus but not essential (training provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
