Role Overview:

As the Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing Director across email marketing, social campaigns, website updates and CRM management. You will contribute to content creation, data analysis and marketing operations across the wider group, including a recently acquired brand. This role suits someone with a keen interest in marketing, AI and capital markets.



Key Responsibilities:



Deliver email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns to promote the company's products and services Create and manage content for email sequences, website updates and digital campaigns Optimise the company website to increase traffic and support marketing goals Use marketing automation tools and HubSpot to improve workflows and lead generation Monitor and analyse marketing and CRM data to inform decisions Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for senior leaders Improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with sales, client services, IT and compliance to align marketing with business needs and regulatory requirements Support teams across the business on HubSpot best practices Assist with ongoing CRM management and data quality

How does the training work?

There are five key elements:

Virtual LIVE 'Masterclasses' and webinars hosted by Digital Marketing Specialists Monthly 1:1s with experienced Marketing Coaches from Working Knowledge. Community - peer-to-peer support, guidance and expert knowledge - ask any questions! Loads of online written and video materials specific to the Academy and Digital Marketing. Courses in Google Analytics and Principles of Marketing to bulk up your Digital Marketing expertise!
For the first 14 months of this role, you will be enrolled in the Digital Marketing Academy, an award-winning Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship programme. You will learn a wide range of digital marketing knowledge, skills and behaviours from expert marketers:

AI SEO Social Media Email Marketing Data & Tracking CRM Marketing Principles Customer Personas PPC/Digital Advertising Communication Website design and copywriting

Working hours: 9.00 am

6.00 pm

. Occasionally, you may need to work outside standard hours because some clients are based in Dubai, the USA and Australia.



Starting Date: ASAP





Pay:

20,000 - 26,000 on completion, with a 1,500 pay increase every 4 months based on KPI's.



Location:

Bank, London. Hybrid working. Three days in the office and two days from home.
