The Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in delivering effective campaigns and promoting our products and services. In this role, you will assist with customer-facing marketing activities, contribute to content creation, support communications, and help monitor the effectiveness of offline campaigns. The position requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and communications for customers
Support customer-facing initiatives including events, promotions, and in-person campaigns
Assist with data collection and reporting to measure customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
Maintain marketing databases and update customer-facing content as needed
Engage directly with customers and colleagues to gather feedback and support campaigns
Basic understanding of marketing principles (training provided)
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Previous marketing or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential
