The Role:

Marketing Assistant

This position is designed for individuals who want to gain real experience in marketing through direct, customer-facing sales. You will be representing client brands, driving new customer acquisition and supporting the growth of marketing campaigns. All training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to promote client products, services and campaigns Represent brands professionally at on-site promotions, events and setups Support daily sales activity to increase campaign performance Assist in developing and refining marketing messages based on customer feedback Learn how to manage and grow client accounts Track activity, report results and contribute to team targets Work alongside senior team members to understand full campaign strategy

Training and Development

You will receive full paid training in:

Sales-driven marketing techniques Customer acquisition and engagement Brand representation Campaign performance tracking Communication and presentation skills Leadership and team development as you progress
