Fixed Term Maternity Cover 12-Months (Possibility of Temp-Perm)
Purpose:
To provide efficient administrative and creative support across marketing activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns, communications, and events in line with CPCAB's brand and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including campaign logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
Assist in producing and proofreading marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Support social media activity, including content scheduling, basic design work, and engagement tracking.
Help prepare materials for digital and in-person events, workshops, and exhibitions.
Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and asset libraries.
Support website updates and uploads, ensuring content is accurate and user-friendly.
Coordinate marketing email distribution, ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate segmentation.
Monitor general marketing inboxes and respond to routine queries promptly and professionally.
Collect and compile analytics data from campaigns, social media, and website reports.
Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing team on project delivery and reporting.
Liaise with external suppliers to support print, design, or event logistics as directed.
Undertake other duties as required to ensure the efficient running of the marketing function.
