Marketing Assistant Graduate

Warrington, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

We're an award-winning international technology company based in Thelwall, South Warrington, and we're hiring! Our automation software is sold to businesses in over 50 countries worldwide through our global network of resellers. It's transforming our customers' sales and manufacturing processes and improving customer experience. It's a great market to develop and hone your marketing skills.

Our technology drives our business too. We use automation to help us work smarter. We make sure everyone has the right tools to do an excellent job, in a fun and supportive environment that encourages learning and development, allowing everyone to thrive.

The role

In this role, you'll work as part of a creative and productive marketing team. We work with our resellers, ensuring they have the content and resources needed to promote our products. We also plan, execute and review our own content strategy, sharing our brand with our international community, tracking what works, and coming up with new ideas to make a difference.

You'll work alongside and learn from a team of supportive marketing professionals, as well as the wider DriveWorks team. Your main responsibilities will include:

Writing monthly email newsletters to our global customer base. Creating graphics and content for social channels, email campaigns, etc. Helping to maintain our websites, including our user portal. Taking ownership of our events listings. Supporting the marketing team in providing content to our reseller network. Supporting the DriveWorks team in providing content and resources to our community of users worldwide.

About you

You must be reliable, resourceful, highly organised and an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, who can think creatively and who will work to finish a task.

As long as you can demonstrate you can grasp new concepts quickly and are keen to learn, formal marketing qualifications aren't necessary. A degree is required to join our graduate training scheme.

Knowledge of social media platforms and being proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel are essential. The ability to use Canva would be advantageous.

Your attitude, aptitude and ability are all really important to us.

What we can offer you

Excellent training and development opportunities - if you want to learn, you can. Work with the latest technology in a picturesque setting on nature's doorstep with free parking. A supportive environment where your voice is heard and your individuality is celebrated.
We mean it when we say your work/life balance is important to us. We have flexible working hours, and you can work from home 1-2 days per week.

We've thought about the little things to make your working day run smoothly - our cupboards are stocked with condiments, there's butter and milk in the fridge, fruit available throughout the day, and freshly brewed coffee on tap.

We listen to our users so we can deliver great software for customer success, and we are committed to our team.

We're the proud recipients of 2 prestigious Queen's Awards, one for our Innovative Technology and one for our International Trade success.

Apply now, we look forward to hearing from you.
