Overview


This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketer who loves blending design with digital strategy. This role combines campaign management with hands-on design work to deliver visually compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, contributing to a variety of projects while ensuring alignment with the company's broader marketing objectives. The position is office based in Hertfordshire, with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities



Creative Design



Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Develop visually engaging content for digital platforms such as the website, email newsletters, social media, webinars, and podcasts. Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative concepts that enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.

Digital Marketing Campaigns



Plan, design, and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and strengthen brand presence. Manage and optimise SEO and PPC strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Website Management



Maintain and update the company website, ensuring an optimal user experience and visually appealing design. Work closely with developers and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative impact.

Podcast & Multimedia



Coordinate and produce podcasts, incorporating creative elements that resonate with our target audience. Support multimedia content creation for webinars and video campaigns.

Email Marketing & Automation



Design and execute visually compelling email campaigns using our Marketing Automation platform. Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and emails to optimise conversions. Analyse performance metrics to refine creative strategies and improve engagement.

Events



Assist in planning and promoting events, webinars, and industry conferences. Develop digital assets to support event promotion. Occasionally travel to industry events and conferences across the UK to support event execution and promote the company's services.

Supporting the Marketing Team



Assist in a variety of marketing initiatives and projects. Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Qualifications, Training and Experience



Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and Google Analytics. Experience in podcast production and promotion. Proficient in WordPress for website management. Experience with video editing for promotional content Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects Exceptional communication skills. Creative thinker with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, working effectively across departments.
