The Marketing Assistant will provide essential day-to-day support to the Divisional Marketing Director - Channel Islands across five hotels in the Channel Islands. This role exists to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activity at property level, support operational marketing needs, coordinate content and events, and act as an on-the-ground resource for reactive and planned activity.

The role will enable the Divisional Director to focus on strategic marketing, campaigns and commercial delivery by absorbing executional work, property-level coordination, and administrative requirements.
