PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support the OX IT Solutions Marketing and Sales teams in implementing and evaluating marketing activities across campaigns to generate leads, drive sales revenue and increase market share.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS
Implement marketing campaign plans set by Marketing Manager, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, within budget and to a high standard, communicating the progress and results clearly throughout.
Create and schedule LinkedIn campaigns - selecting the most appropriate audience, templates and timings for posts, monitoring the social media calendar and liaising with external agency to deliver agreed creative content on time.
Build and update webpages using our content management system (Squarespace) - ensuring that the customer journey is clear, copy and assets meet accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practice and Google Analytics naming conventions are followed.
Schedule blog activity on website, managing future blog content via calendar, using best practice to improve improving targeting and discoverability.
Monitoring and updating HubSpot CRM as additional user to support Marketing Manager at busy times of the year.
Assist Marketing Manager in reporting back to the wider team on overarching marketing channel activities and campaign results.
Brief freelance designers, communications agency and videographers to create campaign content considering brand guidelines and wider campaign deadlines.
Manage own workload, considering team priorities and amend schedules when appropriate, communicating clearly at each stage.
Support Marketing Manager in meeting SMART targets and KPIs, ensuring reports are set up, monitored and recommendations are made based on campaign results and latest industry best practice.
Collaborate with wider team across the company to share best practice and improve efficiencies across systems and processes.
