Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a

Marketing Assistant

to join our talented and dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career, curious, motivated and eager to learn. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider digital team to deliver engaging content, support campaigns, and keep our brand presence sharp across all channels.

Key responsibilities:



Create and schedule content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Support writing blogs, articles and other digital content for the website and online platforms. Assist in producing visual assets using Canva (and Photoshop/Illustrator if familiar). Help plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Support the coordination of events and webinars, including asset preparation and follow-up. Monitor digital performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and platform insights. Maintain website content and support ongoing optimisation projects. Support the design of branded materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional assets. Conduct market/competitor research to support strategic decision-making. Provide general administrative support to the wider marketing function, ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and visual identity.

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:



We're not expecting years of experience; what matters is mindset, willingness to learn, and pride in doing things well.

Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation. Good understanding of social media platforms and how people engage with content. Confident using Canva for basic design tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to review and improve your own work. Highly organised, reliable, and good at managing multiple tasks. Proactive attitude, someone who spots what needs doing and takes initiative. Openness to feedback and enthusiasm to learn new skills quickly. Positive, collaborative, and able to build good working relationships.

Desirable:



Photography skills. Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro Adobe Suite Programs

Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
