About Us

AMS Surveys is a fast growing Chartered Building Surveying practice based in Liverpool, working across the North West and North Wales. We deliver professional, client focused surveying and consultancy services with a strong reputation for quality, transparency, and innovation.

We are looking for a creative, detail oriented Marketing Assistant to amplify our brand, tell our story, and showcase the precision and professionalism of our work. This role blends digital content creation with real world storytelling, ideal for someone who enjoys writing, visual media, and engaging with clients and project sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media and Digital Content

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others Track trends and analytics, refine content to improve reach and engagement Share authentic behind the scenes content from site visits and projects
Blogging and Written Content

Write blogs and articles that reflect our tone and values Research industry topics, produce SEO friendly posts Work with surveyors and technical staff to translate complex topics into clear, accessible content
Client Communication

Liaise with clients to gather feedback, reviews, and project updates Respond to all online reviews promptly and professionally Represent AMS Surveys by email, phone, and at occasional events
Visual Content and Site Visits

Visit sites or client locations to capture photos and short videos Plan and deliver before and after campaigns for larger projects Coordinate with surveyors to collect relevant, high quality job photos
Skills and Qualifications

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Confident using social platforms and scheduling tools Basic photography and video skills, a smartphone is fine Comfortable speaking with clients Organised, detail oriented, self motivated Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
