About the role:



Are you detail-oriented, highly organised and looking to take the next step in your marketing career? We're looking for a

Marketing Assistant

to join our team at IR Media Group.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in executing marketing campaigns across our entire portfolio, including content, research, events and subscriptions.

You'll support both the

IR Impact

and

Governance Intelligence

brands, working closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Main duties and responsibilities:



As our

Marketing Assistant

, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns.

Your day-to-day work will include:

Coordinating and scheduling email marketing activity, including the creation of templates and campaign assets Managing and supporting organic and paid social media activity across LinkedIn and other channels Coordinating with internal teams to gather content, imagery and assets for campaigns Monitoring campaign performance and updating reports and tracking documents Engaging with our community across LinkedIn and other digital channels Providing general administrative and campaign support to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met Researching the latest marketing trends and best practices to help improve campaign performance Assist with building and managing mailing lists using the CRM

What we're looking for:



Degree level or equivalent in marketing, business or related field Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills At least one year of experience supporting end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns Ability to be self-sufficient and undertake tasks with minimal supervision Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Spotler, Dot Digital, Mailchimp, etc.) Experience using CRM systems, social media platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Basic design skills (experience with Canva or similar tools a plus) Awareness of current marketing trends and best practices

: London

Hybrid working

: 3 days a week in the London office

Contract

: 6-month temporary role with potential to become permanent
